The rule of thumb is that anyone braving the elements to view a home is a serious buyer, and the same can be said for sellers who leave their homes on the market during this time of year. Fewer buyers and sellers in the marketplace during these months mean less competition.

The Pacific Northwest is poised to remain strong economically. Buyer activity is up right now, and signs indicate that this could be a bottom for home prices. With attractively low interest rates and more affordable homes, the housing market is hot this winter!
